    Prior to opening our restaurant, Mama Steph made multiple changes to the menu. Rossy just couldn't settle for "only" having what was listed, so he began experimenting and conceded to offering a rotating daily special.


    His mother's meatloaf (which our family had been gobbling up for years) became the best smoked meatloaf you've ever tasted...and it didn't stop there!


    Rossy truly has a knack for combining flavors, and we look forward to adding specials and new menu items in the future!
