Eight years in the making
Rossy's BBQ Joint opened on Main Street in Wyanet, Illinois on June 15, 2024 — but the dream behind it had been slow-smoking for nearly eight years. Same patience. Same philosophy. Every bite shows it.
My wife and I were lucky enough to see their food truck yesterday in Peru. I say lucky for a reason cuz hot damn that was some amazing food. You can literally see and taste the passion. We'll 110% be back!
Had Rossys for the first time today. Everything was great and everyone was incredibly nice and attentive! Especially recommend the egg roll sampler and brisket melt. We will definitely be back.
The food is amazing 🤩 egg rolls are top notch. So delicious. Service is fast and friendly! They make you feel like family. Such a cute quaint restaurant. Love these people and this place!
